RAINBOW of flags show guests the way to the party!

RAINBOWS here, RAINBOWS there, RAINBOWS everywhere!

I asked Julianne's far away family to mail her a RAINBOW picture for her birthday.  What talent!

Rita's RAINBOW Rice Krispie Recipe

For each layer, you'll need to melt 20 marshmallows with 1 tbsp. butter in the microwave for 90 seconds.  Then add food coloring as desired (I recommend Wilton red color, but generic is fine for all other colors).  Quickly stir in 2 cups rice krispie cereal.  Use wet hands to pat into a greased 9x12 pan.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Repeat.  Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
